- Switch most settings from onEditingFinished to onTextChanged so
changes save on every keystroke
- Replace onAccepted with onEditingFinished (Enter + blur) for search,
pager, wifi, bluetooth
- Keep onEditingFinished for pager, wallhaven, path inputs, and
validation fields
